Bangladesh has introduced its Mobile banking system a few years ago, since then people are getting some benefits from it. Yes, they can pay their utility bills, school or college tuition fees. Even they can also pay when they purchase anything from shops where it is acceptable.
You can also pay your insurance premium from your MFS. The most popular MFS is in Bangladesh are bKash, Rocket, and Nagad. Today I am going to tell you how you can pay your premium through Nagad.
To do this all you’ve to do is follow the given procedures.
Step-01:
Open your Nagad account apps from your smartphone. If you don’t have a smartphone then you’ve to use code.
Step-02:
Select the Bill pay from the main menu and then select the Insurance option from the list on the screen, you’ll see 19 insurance companies are listed. Choose Metlife 1099 from the list.
Step-03:
At this step, you’ve to type the Policy Number and purpose of the payment. So if you’ve taken a policy then type your policy number along with Premium from the purpose menu.
Step-04:
Now you’ve to put the amount you want to pay to the receiver. Like what is the premium amount you’ve to type there and then type the Bill reference name and select next to proceed.
Step-05:
At the final step, you’ve to provide the PIN number of your Nagad account and select Next to check all your information again and tap on the pay now. Within a few seconds, you’ll get a notification of your payment from Nagad. But you’ve to wait for ⅔ days to get final confirmation from the Metlife Alico office.
