On the other hand, if you need to scan a lot of documents or photos, then you actually needed a scanner machine. Though most people don’t need to scan so many docs in a year, they can use the following process.

Smartphones:

Smartphones have a lot of features for which we all would love to use smartphones. There are many manufacturers around the world, and they always try to compete with them to be the number one by including the latest technologies.

As we all know that smartphones have nice camera facilities, by which you can take photos or videos of good quality. Even for some filming purposes, many people are using their latest smartphones. So you can also take some photos for scanning any documents.

• Lighting: To take any quality photos all you need is proper lighting facilities. So when you want to scan any documents just place them on a flat surface with good lightings. Remember one thing try to avoid any kind of shadow on the document with your smartphone or body parts.
• Placement: Try to take the photo straight to avoid any wired angels, if you want you can place your mobile directly above.
• Framing:  When you’re taking any photos you may take other objects, so try to do proper framing on the object so that you can take exactly what you want. Crop the unnecessary objects from the photo.

Scanner Apps:

When you’re using the smartphone you can use a lot of apps that you needed. Similarly to scan any photos or documents there are a lot of scanning apps on Google Play Store. How to scan any photos or documents without a scanner

Till now I’ve tried to tell you some shorts of technique to scan any documents. So right now I am going the share with you today’s topic. As we know that most people are using Gmail. But Google has a feature to scan any documents or photos right with your smartphones, but very few people know it.

To scan, any documents just go to your google drive from your smartphone. And then follow the steps:

Open your google drive and you can see a (+) plus sign at the right bottom side. Just click on the (+) sign to continue it.

When you click the  (+) sign you can see there’s a scan option button. So just click on the scan button for the next procedure.

Now, Google will prompt you a message like the photos given to access your camera, you’ll need to give permission to access it.

Now you can see your mobile camera will appear on the screen, so just take the photo of the document you want to scan.

After taking the photo google will ask you to crop it or resize the document you want to scan. You can do whatever you want.

Just click the save button after you finished the editing.

Now, Google will ask you to save it on google drive in pdf format, so rename it for your use.
